it says that you have to use alcohol 120% and I have it installed now.
here's the problem...
It won't work.. probably due to me doing something really wrong and so I tried it on daemontools.. no worky there either.

not sure if daemon mounts mdf files. you can also make virtual drives using alcohol which'll prolly mount the game. if not you can always use alc to burn the game and run it from a cd.

Daemon Tools will work, but you have to mount the mds file, not the mdf.
Which emulator are you using?
ePSXe and PSXeven are considered the 2 best emulators.
Get them here:
ePSXe

PSXeven

And here are all the plugins you'll need (look on the left side of the screen) :

I should have written that earlier.. I use ePSXe 1.6 and I have the plug-ins and bio's.
Daemontools and alcohol 120% are both installed.
and also I've already noticed the fact that Daemontools and Alcohol 120% mounts the MDS file.
Though it seems lke ePSXe 1.6 isn't finding the right file to play the game.
I will try later on today using my CD-RW and try to play the game through a cd.

For ePSXe to play an ISO on a virtual drive, you need your CD plugin, like P.E.Op.S. CDR 1.4, configured to read from the virtual drive.
Do this:
Open ePSXe by double-clicking it, and click Config > Cdrom > Configure. Then, for the option of selecting which drive, choose your Daemon Tools' virtual drive (It's the one named Generic DVD-ROM).
Now you're ready to play the game.
For ePSXe, go to File > Run CDROM.
And your game should start.
