Default Playstation/PS2..find SLUS # easy (how to find the SLUS/SCES # on ANY game)

Need to find the SLUS# for a game fast? Try these handy sites:

    U.S. Playstation game finder (PS1 & PS2)

(Replace the final part of the URL, starting after the equal sign, SLUS-xxxxx with the game of your choice. If you live in Europe, you will have SCESxxxxx, I'm looking for the link now)

    Japan Playstation game finder (PS1 & PS2(?) )

    Link directly to each game
(Replace the final part of the URL, starting after the slp, with an m or an s, then the game#. End it with a period (.), then html)

    European Playstation

(This is a bit tricker...the URLs don't match by country or game code. Pick your country from the list and it will return a URL, but u still have to get the correct code.

    How/why to use it?
If u want to properly label your release, or someone has sent u a game with only the SLUS/SLPS/SCES#

Akuma's link seems to list ALL games, whether PS1/PS2/PSP.... your choice.

While this is all neato, someone has already been hard at work for a while listing every single Sony PS1, PS2, and PSP game there is here: http://www.illusionoflife.com/Sony_Index/index.htm

There's even a thread about it in the Trading Post section.

Also it has more releases than both of the official sites linked here aswell as having demo discs aswell as the released games.

The official sites are good in the way they give box art aswell, I have used them for a long time now

the euro site has a SLES/SCES search but it's devided by country

Jes*s ****ing Chr*st, I sure hope that person uses a database to make updates. Hand coding that in HTML and adding codes would be too much time. Loads fast though, and I like the layout. Oh well...now my list of games can have a direct link to the sony site. That is pretty wicked!

    (Yes, I get excited easily...LOL)
