Does anyone know if xbox live will be free for the older xbox once the 360 comes out? i know it is supposed to become free for the 360, but my subscription just ran out and they want me to renew. Also, if you could provide me with a link to some info id appreciate it

It wont be free for the 360, the free version of live sucks ass you don't get to play games.

I have actually read that the free version didn't let you play online. I'll admit I didn't pay much attention to the article though...I have little interest in the 360.

I have xbox Live and I love it. Stop being a cheap ass and pay 50 bucks a year for online play .

i'm not being a cheap ass i don't even OWN an xbox. but its interesting to know these tidbits if ever i do for whatever odd reason buy an xbox considering the 360 is on its way.

i wonder if it'll be the same thing on the 360. only CERTAIN games will be played on live free. cuz thats really a main reason why i'm most likely gonna get that machine, for its online features.
