Well he just regained it from Raven a week or so ago but this time he will be about champ for a month and then he will drop it to Monty Brown I think. TNA debuts on Spike TV on 1st October and at tnawrestling.com am sure you can still catch their TV shows from the past few months.

stories are the fake part. SOME of the bumps taken aren't bad but the injuries on the job are very real. RIP to own hart and many others.

Yeah, I used to watch TNA quite a bit. Haven't done so for quite a while to be honest. Is Jeff Jarrett still the TNA champion? That always pissed me off, he'd held the title for about a year when I used to watch it...

Nah, not when I last saw it he wasn't.

Yeah but think of all the new stars they have AMW,Team Canada,Shark Boy,Sonjay Dutt,The Amazing Red, Samoa Joe,Austin Aries,Roderick Strong,The Naturals,Abyss,Monty Brown to name but a few.

TNA need to have those so called rejects to get fans from WWE interested in their product and to give them a reason to watch their product.

Why does everybody hate Jeff Jarrett?
He is a main eventer cos he is well known granted I'd rather have it like it was at teh start of TNA when he was way back of the list for a title shot. As I said if TNA wants to make a fresh clean start Jarrett better be loosing that title at either the next PPV or the one after

isn't his father like, the owner of tna? if so, doesn't that explain WHY he's a main eventer there he was never a main eventer in the wwe, too many bigger and better athelets and big names. in wcw he main evented for a lil while cuz they were pushing guys like scott steiner and booker t who were not so long ago while in wcw, midcard wrestlers...which is right where jarrett was so it made sense to put him up there too. i'm sorry but i'll always see double j as a midcarder. he can be shawn michaels, hogan, hhh, the rock, lesnar, all the big names, i'll still see him as just a midcarder. and i think it turns people off to see him ruling over tna.

He and his Dad used to own it but now its owned by a company called Panda Energy. It's cool everybody has an opinion about Jarrett good or bad. I though Jarrett made a semi credible main eventer in WCW in TNA he does because he is a big name.

i used to enjoy some of his old matches, against guys his size, like hbk. but he just doesn't strike me as someone who can carry a big promotion as its world champion. oh um. so yeah. wrestling stories = fake. injuries/deaths = real obviously

I don't mind Jarrett that much, it just gets annoying when one guy holds the world title for longer than a few months. I can remember feeling the same way even back in the good old days of WWF when Rock and Triple H had similar title reigns.

I can also understand what Venom's saying, Eddie Guerrero is another name that springs to mind. He made a great intercontinental champion a few years back but I've never really considered him main-event material. To be honest I was shocked when he won the title from Brock Lesnar last year.
