A one-world, one-order will never happen as long as people are ignorant of one-another. I'm not just talking about America or France or any-one place in general. Everybody has opinions and feelings of others these days even those they have not met in-person or had a single conversation with them or knowing them in any real way. As long as mankind does as stated, the world will be forever divided by lines of longitude and latitude.

Just one thing to say : if Bush is on that list... maybe the list isn't reliable.

That's my opinion. I think anyone here (except you!) could do a better job

If the list is not reliable is not Bush's fault .. I can name a few on that list that would be way worse than him: Bin Laden, Castro, Chavez, JK Rowling, Pele, JLo, Kylie, Becks... funny list

    Not Noam Chomsky...oh, wait...

You realize he wasn't impeached because of being a bad President (incompetence is not a crime, even if some wish it were), but because of perjury and obstruction of justice. I wouldn't trust him with a world government, either, but that's because I'm not sure he's really the best person for the job. Soros and Greenspan might be decent at it, but I wouldn't trust Kofi Annan, either. Either the Food-for-Oil corruption surrounding him went on without his knowledge, in which case he's too oblivious to handle a world government, or with his knowledge, in which case he's an accomplice and not to be trusted.

Yes, he was a good president (better than any other recent president in my opinion) but he instantly lost all political prowess by receiving a sexual act. I have a feeling your favorite two words are "but Clinton".

Nelson Mandela is a good choice at the top of the list, but even if it was offered he would probably turn it down, he announced a couple months ago that he wants to retire and rest, but he's still involved in all sorts of charity drives and things and hasn't shown any signs of slowing down ...
