Not at all. Takes about 5 minutes to make one.

All done in paint. Except for the lens flare which is shopped.

paint? you mean ms paint or paint shop pro? i never used ms paint other than to paste screenshots quickly. i'm too much of an adobe fanboy to seriously use anything else lol

so what...you take actual game sprites and add them to custom backgrounds and add the text and make the story? gettin the sprites sounds rough lol

Not at all. There are 2 sites that have every megaman sprite I could ever want.

There are some sources on the net for sprites. Editing NES and SNES Sprites shouldn't be too hard because of the simple colors. As long as you have a clear pic. (no blurring of pixels, like a low-qual jpg.)
