Well obvoisly the graphics and sounds are downsampled on the lesser consoles. As in The N64 version. I've never played any other but the Gamecube version so I do not know if there is any gameplay diffrences.

I'm asking because i Have both the N64 and PC Version and i'm wondering which one to play!

In the N64 it doesn't need installation and it's just a 32mb file, but if there's no fmv then it isn't worth it!

So you say PC has better graphics and sound so i should go for it?

The PC version I reckon is better - though both are very enjoyable.

The PSX and N64 versions were missing a lot of music, so go for the PC version.
