    Default Can you have cheat codes on epsxe??

    It starts out with codes for breath of fire which i have no clue how to use. But can you add any codes?? I want to add codes for HM:BTN but don't know how?? If anyone could tell me how to or give me or tell me and emulator that uses something to let you use cheat codes. Thanks in advance
