Is this as hardcore as I think it is? I didn't really check the trophies on D4 Vita.

There are some pretty nasty collectathon trophies.
Also, some late post-game unlocks are pain in the ass.

I beat Tales of Hearts R tonight.

The list a bit similar to D4 PS3, except some trophies were removed and added with new ones (DLCs trophies), and there are also some changes to the game which makes the post game stuff to be less of a grind compared to the original.
