In win rar there is an option that allows you to compress it into multiple parts, Its in the lower left hand corner, to compress the file to begin with right click on it and go to "add to archive" Or somthing like that.

    Here's how to do it.

Select all the files you want to rar by clicking the first file and then clicking the last file while holding the shift key.

Now Right-click on the highlighted files.
    Click Add to archive...

    You should now see this:

Where it says Split to bytes, type in 30m to split the file into 30 MB parts or 50m to split into 50MB parts.
Make sure the "m" is lower-case.

Also to get the best compression, you should do this:
Click the Advanced tab, then click Compression.
    You should now see this:

Set yours so that it is just like what you see in the picture above.

Then click OK, and click the General tab, and then click Profiles.
Now click Save current settings to a new profile...
Give the new profile a name, then put a check mark next to Set Profile as Default.
    Then click OK twice.

I set mine to span to 20,000,000. This gives me the 19,532 Mbyte pieces that I like.

You could get an even 20 MB, by typing in 20m.

Or you could write "20m" in the box (without the quotes) and that would make perfect 20m files.

Edit: You're fast SegNin, i'll get you in the corner though.
