    Default ? Which better overall swap magic or prof. modding for my ps2 slim?

    ? Which better overall swap magic or prof. modding for my ps2 slim? I kinda clueless like what chip or which swap magic type do I use for ps2 slim. I got dvd burner/ dvds anyways. thanks a lot P.S. is there anything wrong with my ps2 slim brand new few weeks kinda makes a lot of noise when readin discs after hour or so? I mean so much for bein silent lol

    Professional modding is better, the Swap Disk system doesnt always work, and you have to break your cover off and replace it. It is better to just get a actual mod chip, try www.mod-chip.com and go for the Crystal hard wired chip, compatible with the new V12 slimlines, which is what you have.

    Nope you dont have to break the cover off
    You can get a 3 piece set to install into the top of the ps2. Just use glue to install them and your warranty stays intact if you are worried about the new slimline unit dying on you.
