When I was challanged, I never hit first. But maybe I was just unlucky.

yeah, it's probably randomized or it's based on stats *shrugs* my battle that I was in, I got challenged and I got to attack first, but I was also on a lower level, so I'm not entirely sure. it's probably one of those two
