not sure if i mentioned this but a few weeks ago i saw shaun of the dead and i love it now lol its a great funny zombie flick. and i must say, its not meant to be a real zombie flick but some of the bloody stuff in that movie can damn sure pass off as a very good zombie movie.

I just watched that movie. The best part is when Kumar dreams about marrying that bag of pot.

I just watched Land of the Dead. Meh. Not bad, but IMO not all that great either...

I just watched Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within for the ?? time. Not a bad movie but not good enough to be called Final Fantasy.

Gah, Land of the Dead was kinda lame as for a "zombie" movie, (I prefer Dawn of the Dead remake over it) but it was more of a life lesson-ish thing. It just shows that whatever the situation, people believe that their worldly ties makes them a higher being, as you could see from the movie having a poor to rich hierarchy based on living area. Maybe like a subliminal message from the director saying "You humans only care about money". Oh yeah, I also liked the whole take on how it wasn't just running from locale to locale, they actually secured a city, but how they did that is beyond me

I went and saw four Brothers. It was fun to watch. It was a little unrealistic but it had a pretty good story. I reccommend seeing it.

Just finished watching all 3 Lord of the Rings films (Extended edition DVD's) and I must say it was absolutely brilliant, especially since I haven't seen it since it was last in the cinema.
