Star ocean 1 menu still in jap HELP!

I have the latest patch i believe but the menu screen is still in japanese. If anybody could help it would be greatly appreciated, this game is great but i would like to know what skills im using.

It does have most of the stuff translated.

After you patch it, you might have to delete the .srm file and completely start over.

you need the graphic pack's and play it with zsnes

The guys at Snes9x cracked that S-DD1 compression, so you won't even need graphics packs if you use that emu.
