I have a question about burning Dreamcast games...

I already have mainly burned games and emus for my Dreamcast, but the problem is that my buddy burned them all for me and I never saw how to do it.

Right now, I'm looking at a download of Trizeal which contains a bunch of .rar files starting with eps-triz.rar then onto eps-triz.r00, eps-triz.r01 and so on. What exactly do I do from here?

I have Alcohol 120% and a vague idea of what to do next, but a little clarification would be swell. Thanks, everyone.

Extract the first file using winrar, and it will extract all of them into one file (or a few, bin+cue, ect...). You can then burn the file using Alcohol 120%, or sometimes Nero (depends on the file, Nero doesnt seem to support them all. So use Alcohol 120). Burn at the lowest speed for what is usually the best results

Which file is the first file? eps-triz.r00?
