    Default Saving in Lunar: EB on Gens

    How? Alright I guess a brief explanation would be in order here .
    Okay, I finally got my hands on an EB iso, and I spend some mighty gay times with it, trying not to laugh at the voice acting too much.. So I gaily spend about an hour getting lost and fighting random monsters before getting into the first dungeon. Spent half of another hour there before getting fed up with the Xenogears-like encounter rate and the total lack of refreshments around my PC.

    I click quick save in the file menu and nothing happens.
    I click 'save as' in the file menu and nothing happens.
    Now I'm thinking Gens can't save CD games because the save files would be gigantic.
    No problem, there's internal Sega CD and RAM cart support right? Right. Buuuut for an hour and a half I haven't seen a single save point.

    Now, my question is: Don't savepoints appear until later in the game or is there another more sinister routine to saving?

    {sm!}
    thanks in advance

    If you want to save, you can try the Function hotkeys. Check in GENS what they are.
