Default Burning Dreamcast games using .mdf/mds

How can I properly burn a Dreamcast game disc when it's in a mdf/mds format? (alcohol 120) I tried using Alcohol 120% but they wouldn't work. Is there a way to burn them to work on a Dreamcast or at least find some way to sucessfully convert the disc images to .cdi or .nrg format?

I would suggest using the Daemon tools virtual Drive mount the mds file in there then using DiscJuggler, make an Image from the virtual Drive.

Yeah, I did that, but for some reason when I did that and used Nero to copy it as a Nero image and burned it to a disc using the normal methods I use to use Nero to make working DC discs (they work, I use Nero to sucsessfully burn RE: Code Veronica and Skies of Arcadia) and it still wouldn't work. Plus I only got three CDRs left.

This is sorta similar to how Sonic Shuffle wouldn't burn for me when I converted it from a .nrg to a .cdi. I just fooled around with the burn speeds on Disc Juggler (make sure you have overburn activated), until it finally worked.
