    Question -pictures- (programing or painting?)

    how can i make a picture like all the megaman characters (for example) or like Chrono trigger..??
    do i sepose to prgram it?
    or just to paint it??

    and if there is any site that explain it plz tell me about it..

    (sorry for posting so related post to the " painting picture" at the screen shots forum but it seems that no 1 answered to my quastion...)

    Nowadays for 3D stuff, they use Bryce, 3D Studio , Character Studio and stuff. But for megaman, you can paint, using PSP and stuff, actually, you should draw the things and then put them in!

    U mean that i should draw it with a pencil and then scan it and edit it????

    is that's the way they all do it?
    (emu kidid probebly do it but what about things like program the picture -chrono trigger??)

    BTW i know bryc and u cant do things like that there..may be in 3d studio...

    but still it can be nice to know how to make it animated

    You'll have to use something similar to character studio to animate it since it'll have to create frames on it..
