Yo. Haven't tired it myself but maybe those two will work.
ExeForJava and Jexecreator.
I have put the links but You may as well google for it to
find better results that I found
Oh and I think before creating .exe you have to compile your project
to .class file but I'm not sure.
Good luck
Edit: Uhh it seems after using this program JRE is still needed

I don't really understand what you mean but I think Visual Cafe is the right program. You do not need to have Java installed on your computer and you do not need to make a html file to run a applet everytime. Instead you can simply build the applet in there, it makes the init automaticly and if you wanna run the applet, hit the run-button and there you go.
I think he means to make a package, with everything necessary in it to run so he can distribute it without people needing to download the JRE.
Well, since JRE takes 50 MB to run, it would make the program unnecessary big to compile it to the final code, unless the compiler is smart enough to only implement the necessary routines inside the program.
Have you seen me before?
I see, thanks for the input everyone, well I'm making a start on C++ in the summer holidays hopefully I'll see the back of this. not that I hate java, its just I got moderatly good at it too late
Well I think what he wants is to compile the java code into byte codes for the computer right?
I think that the java part of gcc might have something of that sort in it.
Yeah, I want that, kind of hard to explain like, but you know how you require the Jre for java programs you make? well I want to make it so that you don't need it to run the program. is that possible?Originally Posted by Xaenn
