I'm pretty sure he's one of the people who drops by the forums once in a while who's from a different country and cant speak english very well.

Must've been someone who wanted to meet new people, or make new friends, I dunno. But his English was a bit...umm... basic. The guy couldn't really express himself... or he just wanted to make fun of you. Bah.
