Cut to the chase. I'm the current head administrator of a small web community called NOVA, the New Order of Video Game Addicts/Advocates(depending on the situation its put in) The site's main goal is to advocate video game as an acceptable artistic medium, however we lack the one thing we need to accomplish it, members of course. At the moment, we have about 5 really active members. I'm trying to get some advertising from different game-related forums to increase our member count, so is there some way to bring this about? Well thanks, any members we get are a big help. The web system probably has a couple problems, but those will get smoothed out in the end. They don't effect too much in the way of site activities.

With a link on the main page im sure you'll start getting alot more hits, ergo more members.

my old emulation site was affiliated with emuparadise and it started to grow alot... and i mean alot but in the end the hosting f*cked me up and my community took a downfall. Havent been able to make a decent emu community since so i suggest u affiliate with EP
