    I really have no idea what caused it, but I started it up and loaded final fantasy III, and all of the sudden it was stuck in fast forward, I've already tried downloading it again, but it won't leave fast forward. help anyone?

    Go into Options->Display Configuration.
    Be sure that Automatic frame skipping is checked.

    Edit: Oh, and if it still goes really fast, press TAB once.
