Program needed to make a data base for ringtones
who knows a program for me so i can build a database for ringtones
If i got this program and its working I'm willingly to share it on Emuparadise
If thats ok with them else i"ll put it up on my site

Ringtones are basically composed ringing for a mobile phone that come in different tunes

Well, depends on how you want to record it. Through a port on your mobile phone or something ? I'll tell you what.
If your mobile phone can connect to an external speaker, just get a jack line and connect one end to your PC and one to the mob's external speaker jack.
Now you can use any sound recording software to record it. But if it doesnt then you'll have to use a small mike. Or, I'll have to think of something else
