Default It shows Spyware infected in red color at the desktopscreen

Not really sure whats happening, but it was all red in color screen(no longer appear with my wallpaper which is Monster Hunters G) with a black dialog in the middle of it shows 'Spyware infected' and the rest like 3 keyloggers have detected, spywares, etc...
It was like a html and not a jpeg because the dialog allow me to click on the 'Demo Smart Security' but I didn't try it. And I can't seem to right-click on the desktop and the icon too.
Anyone have any idea how to solve this? So far I've try Avast virus scan and yes I got some virus and dialers. Ad-aware,spybot search and destroy and spyware stormer too.

Yup, just done that in safe mode. The red screen dissapear when I empty the recycle bin by select it all and deleted by clicking the file tab and choose empty bin.(Can't right-click for it)

Problem still unsolve, I still can't right-click and afew icons at my desktop have dissappear. Anyone had any idea?
