    Default Mega Man Legends 2

I downloaded the ISO for this from the Bittorrent Tracker, and ran it on ePSXe. It runs alright, but there's no sound during cutscenes, and the sound disappears in entire areas.

Could this be a problem with the file, or something else on my end?

    Specs:
    Video: Pete's OpenGL2 2.6
Sound: P.E.Op.S. DSound Audio Driver 1.9

Just did a search, and it seems I'm not the only one with this problem.(Clicky ) Anyone know where I can get another ISO for MML2?

Do you have CDDA, and XA sound enabled?

    No, you should...
I really don't know what to tell you. Other people have reported this as well... It could be the Game is a rip, and someone removed the music.

Let me ask are you getting any voices? When i was playing my ISO of this game, i had voices... but the background did not sound right...

I have voices at times. I've only gone a little ways through the game, but in the beginning, when you have to put out the fire, Data says things like "Help me", which I can hear.
Actually, now that I think of it, I think that's pretty much the only voices I've heard so far...

Ok so no Voices during the opening scene?
I did not have that problem... and don't have anything but the basic sound settings...

I do believe someone removed the sound from the game.

    How big is the ISO?

2 Files came in the RAR file:
a .bin file, which is 637 MB,
and a .cue file, which is 1 kb. (Not sure what that one is.)

Yep, just tried it. Still doesn't work. I'm pretty sure it's the file itself. Anyone know where I can get another?

Before you get rid of that file... try it in ePSXe 1.5.2 (found at the ePSXe website)...

(I just realized that i don't use 1.6.0... and thought it might be an ePSXe version error)

Same thing, still get no sound.

By the way, GundamGuy, I saw you have MML2 on your FTP. I assume that's a different file than the one on the Bittorrent Tracker.
It won't let me get in though. Says "Server Timeout" using SmartFTP to log in.

Well I burn and deleted MML2 sometime ago... Last week or so... (i lose track of time like this)... someone asked for me to put MML2 back on my FTP... anyway, I was not able to make a good image of the CD i burned... it was damaged at somepoint...

I don't think you can connect right now, because my FTP is full. I have two 56k (or i assume they are 56k because there download is so slow) people trying to download PSX iso's... All i can say is try again later...

Also try turning PASV mode on and off.

You could try asking if someone else has the game in the BT request or Trading fourm.

I have MegaMan Legends 2 US-NTSC on my FTP. I haven't tested it yet, though.
    Have you seen me before?
