Default PSP Launched in the US today

Well it seems 12 'o clock midnight stores all across the country opened their doors for the waiting customers to buy a PSP. Who got one? I'm gonna wait until christmas time to get. I already went through that with a PS2. Plus the price tag for a a handheld is a little too high for me even with the capabilities. Did anyone wait outside for a long period of time to purchase one? If you did, share your experiences.

I got mine this morning. It's a very cool little system. It actually surpassed my lofty expectations for it. Well done Sony!

    No, no dead pixels.

I'm going to write up my impressions on the system and the games I have later, and I'll post it when I'm finished.

No problems with mine. I tried out the spiderman UMD for a couple of minutes. The video is VERY sharp. I didn't notice any compression artifacts and Spiderman 2 is a long movie.

I don't remember disagreeing, but whatever. If it makes you feel better to think that way Borman, then go right ahead.

I was giving you a hard time man. Congrats on your post count.

The PSP is the shiz. If you ever get any infrastructure enabled games, lemme know. I'd like to try and play online with you sometime.

It's a shame really. I would love to buy it. But I don't have the money. It's a pretty expensive little thing.
