Problem with Boktai, The sun is in ur hand

I gotten the patch from Emuparadise that will patch CRC
(E715AC45)to (52A78351). But I cannot use it, my version is CRC (400B3F14) USA version. What can I do?

There are two versions of this game (U) and (E) try both of them.
You can download both of them from EmuVortex.

just download the patch, my one worked but i didnt like the game and deleted it sorry.

Remember that you have to get game with correct CRC to apply the path...
I have two versions of this game and both doesn't work with the path.

Now I'm searching for other releases...and I post the link when (if) I find one.

when i got it i must of been lucky because the first patch i got was the right one.

i found a patch i dont now if it will help or if its the same one as uv got. http://www.emuparadise.org/NR/
and i would say it will go with the one on this site.

Yes I have the same patch, but I was talking there are a lot of releases of this
ROM not the patch and the only one ROM which is working with the path
is the one that CRC is mentioned in patch file name...

Use the patch located here instead, it's for the propper dump by Eurasia CRC 400B3F14

Hmm. I've tried your patch Zorlon and it still says that "solar sensor is broken".
I've used eurasia release of the ROM with the correct CRC.
Did you tried it yourself???

It doesn't actually matter anyway as you can run the game fully without any patches

Just Hold L and tap Left for less sun and Right for more sun

If you think about it there is no patch that will fix the light sensor as emu's and flash cards don't have them all you can do with a patch is make it so it doesn't check for it or make it so it thinks it's there

Hmm. Which emu are you using. I'm using VBA v 1.7

P.S. read post 10 anyway there is an ingame fix anyway

Yes. Read 10th post but it doesn't work for me.
Tried even "automatic IPS patching" option in VBA and still this error occures.
(and the game halts)

So I decided to download and try VBA 1.8. I'll post if the game is working.
