Wanadoo. 512kbps downstream, 128kbps upstream. Downloads drop down to 128kbps when the 5GB limit is exceeded. It's decent enough for my needs.

Verizon DSL. Since it's ADSL I get 864 Kbits down, but only 160Kbits up. Wish the upload speed was a little better, but other than that, no complaints.

I came from Comcast Cable internet.. was wonderful. Few months ago I moved without first checking the area for ISP's.. after it was too late I discovered it's either 28k or private satelite provider..so I'm saving up for my sat equipment right now cause this 28k stuff aint cuttin it.. damn hill billys up here don't have anything.
edit-My new provider of trash would be Earthlink...

Videotron. Cable. It's fast, not that expensive but has that damn 20Gb down and 10Gb up limit per month.
Fast?
It was increased from 4.1Mbps to 5.1Mbps down about a month ago, and increased from 640kbps to 720kbps up at the same time.
They got a good reliability, and most down times are due to upgrades to support faster internet. (changing the old cables)
Except the limit, they totally own. Also, since they offer cable TV and internet, you can get good deals if you already use one of their service. I pay 38 CAD per month for it, that makes about 31.4 US dollars.
