Default Can't find the Adventure of Lomax's CCDA music.. please help..

i downloaded the Adventure of Lomax PSX game from Emuparadise's tracker, and i found there's no music in the game.... the CCDA's tracks are gone, but the iso has 500MB in size, so it should be somewhere in the iso... i remember a program that you can extract and inject the CCDA into mp3s.

It's there a chance to extract the music? otherwise, can you please tell me where to get the full soundtrack (25 tracks)

    thanks..

BTW, there's 2 files... bin and cue... bin is the iso and cue has the info for the CCDA tracks....

So the audio tracks are included in the bin file. You can extract them from the bin file using IsoBuster. You can also burn the image using that cue file and those CDDA tracks should be with it.

GundamGuy seems to know what he's talking about and I'm sure he will have you running/buring the game with cdda tracks included in no time

The file is not accesable because it's looking for the wrong file name or the cue has been messed up, you can tell if the cue has messed up by opening it up in wordpad instead of notepad and if all the text is on one line in wordpad with [] instead of a new line then thats the prob

just give him the full name of the bin file and compress the cue to a zip file and upload it in your next post

I burned it ( Lomax from bittorrent tracker ) with Alcohol 120% ( newest version )- here are the instructions:

    1. Extract the .rar file ( extract all files!!! )
    2. Open Alcohol 120%
    3. Click 'Image buning wizard'
    4. Select the folder where lomax is extracted and select that .cue file and click next
    5. Select your burner and leave the speed to maximum ( if not works, change to 4x ) Leave all options default
    6. Click START!!!! Make sure a blank CD is inserted in the correct CD-burner
    7. Wait, it's burning!
    8. It's completed !
    9. For ripping the CDDA music get the CD back in the CD-drive and download PSX Multi Converter PSX Multi Converter]here
    9. It's downloaded - extract it in a folder
    10. Open it via PsxMC.exe
    11. Select your CD-drive where lomax is inserted
    12. Search on the server but cancel it after a while
    13. your musics ( and videos ) should now be on the screen
    14. Dubbleclick on one to listen
    15. If you want audio only click on audio only or video only movie only. If you want both choose movie and audio
    16. For the convertion now - click on convertion and leave the options to default.
    17. Click on start convert!
    18. Completed!
    19. Go to the folder where psxmc is installed and choose audio for the audio and movie for the videos
    20. There they are! You now have the music of Lomax in lemmingland!

I converted one to mp3 to tell everyone it's true!
Here it is : Click here

As he posted in the first post, the cue sheet is apparently corrput. Look at the first line!

The problem is easily corrected, add this to the beginning of the first line
    FILE "

    So it looks like:
    FILE "ADVENTURES OF LOMAX.BIN" BINARY

umm......veteran Alcohol users have "ways" to bypass that

and alcohol looks for the bin in two places:
the file locations in the cue line 1
if it's not there (or the line is written wrong), it'll automatically look in the same directory where the cue is, that's why Spike could burn it.
That's why I like Alcohol, I never have to open cue files anymore with notepad and edit out the original directory that the ripper of the CD was too lazy to remove before distributing it :p

other burning programs will ONLY look in the location listed in line 1 of the cue and if it's written wrong, will give the "error line 1"

Is it anything related to warez if I told how to make a program to work after trial period is over? It's nothing like a crack and works for almost every time-restricted programs (doesn't work for XP's activation system)
