Command Switch:
-mouse
Add it to the command line when executing ePSXe.

Beaten to it. I was going to say it. :\
Then I did preview and saw your post.
Edit->Oh, and the mouse doesn't work with Point Blank 1, for some reason.
It worked fine with Time Crisis though.

thanks for the help, now another question. What is the command line?
Command line is the complete request send to Operating System. Normally you just run the game, so the command line is simply ePSXe.exe. Make a shortcut of the file, and at its properties, change the 'command' input field to for example c:\emu\epsxe\epsxe.exe -mouse depending on where the emu is installed. Just add that -mouse to the end of the line (and remember to put space before it )
Have you seen me before?
i still don't get it. i tried putting that in at different places yet nothing. Can you explain it so it's much simpler?
Here it is as easy I can make it.
My user interface is in Finnish, but it should be similar looking in other languages too.
1. First navigate to your ePSXe folder with explorer. It should be like this:
Then right click on the ePSXe executable (in my example it is epsxe160.exe, but it is propably just epsxe.exe in your case), and select Create Shortcut (highlighted in the screenshot)
2. Now there should be a shortcut to that file. Right click on it and select Properties from the menu:
3. On the second tab of file properties, you can see the command line (marked blue on the screenshot)
4. Write -mouse after the command, like in picture:
Then just click Ok, and run the emulator using that shortcut.

ok, i tried doing it exactly like you guys said, but it keeps giving me this stupid erroe saying the name isn't specified and the target box is invalid. make sure the path and file name are incorrect. Thakns for dealing with a newb on this
You forgot the "
It should be
"the directory you install ePSXe" -mouse

But the box should have them ready, as the shortcut was made of the executable.Originally Posted by fireblaster_lyz
