Thread: Im having problems with ff9 disc 1

    Exclamation Im having problems with ff9 disc 1

    Everything works fine except for when im in a fight I cant see the menu to choose my attacks, items etc.
    Can anyone help me with this?
    Im using pcsx

    Try ePSXe

    Version 1.5.2 might work better if 1.6.0 doesn't work well for you.

    As said before in another thead: use larger value for 'offscreen drawing'. Set it at enhanced, and be sure to activate the special game fix, if the GPU you use has it.

    Im sorry, im kind of a noob with emulation, its my first time im trying something else than SNES. I dont know where i can do those things you told me.

    Edit... sorry i did not see what emu you were using... that's for ePSXe... (try using ePSXe unless your computer cant run it. It's the best PSX emu)

    I don't know about pcxs, but ePSXe has worked for my FF9.

    EDIT: If you are unsure, tone up your Off-Screen Drawing to at least 2 or higher.

    is this like, the 48783907th thread on issues with emulation and final fantasy? would be nice if someone made a thread specifically for that.
