Changing Disks in Valkyrie Profile

I've just finished chapter 4 in Valkyrie Profile, and now it asks me to "Insert Disk 2". However, I'm obviously using isos to play the game. How do I continue the game when I'm unable to "switch disks"? I tried exiting out of the emulator and just running the disk 2 iso, but that didn't work. What can I do? I can't use image mounting tools like Daemons Tools or anything like that. They don't work on my computer

Are you using EPSXE?
Press escape on your keyboard, go to file, change disk, iso then select the second disk.
Do this while the game is still running and it asks you to change disks.

Also make sure you are using the memory cards not the save state function.
