Makes me think about a school I know of. There is a web interface to control the cameras.

Can be long to load/not load at all (timeout). It's optimized for some fiber optic pipeline between this school and the other schools.

There are no cameras in my school, but I have heard that the lower level school (years 1-6 of school) has webcams on all their computers so that their headmaster can track what the pupils are doing. Our chool is in the same network, so if I only knew the program, address and password...
