Searched all over the boards
Hey guys, first post, so yah, Im a noob lol, and im a noob to psx emulation, but im trying to learn! Ok, I got ePSXe and I got all the plugins, got everything configed...now I just need the games. So Ic ame to this site, and got Suikoden II, I ran through the unzipping process, and all I ended up getting was a .bin file...is that whats supposed to happen and Im just not sure what to do next, or did I do something wrong or maybe its just a file error? Thanks for the help in advanced!

Just open up ePSXe and go to the file menu, and click "Run ISO", then browse to your .bin and tell ePSXe that's the ISO you want to load.

Yep everything is fine just Run ePSXe and go to FILE->RUNISO and select .bin file and click OK

Just go to File => Open ISO => Search your .bin file and play!

But...I did as I was told twice, and both times I got this error:
gpuPeteOpenGL2
No WGL Extensions!
Im guessing that has to do with one of the Pete's Plugins I downloaded, right?
:EDIT!: Ok yah, so I searched on the page that I got my video plugin, should I just get a differnt one from OpenGL2? If so, which one do you reccomend?

Yay I got it working!!!....but last time I checked the Suikoden II "Bandai" logo didnt take 30 seconds to load...hmm..lol

Just set the Resolution in the video plugin configurations a bit lower.
That will make it a bit faster

Small sugestion for Suikoden II if you downloaded it from EP main site it'll crash on some movie at about half of the game...........I have the same problem..............so if you wish to comlpete the game........download it from torrent tracker (check out link on my sign
But the file on tracker is in .mdf format and to play it you will have to mount it on virtual drive using Alcohol120% or Daemon Tools and run it via FILE->RUNCDROM option........Good luck
