Bring back the RPG hack poll

I voted no. While it was fun, there was just way too much wasted time with it. And people were spamming for EXP (including myself) and the forums were slowed down from all of the battles and people really only used it for the first week or so, then it was just me and Direwulf battling each other as characters from <b>The Wheel of Time</b>.
