Shower. Lie in it for a while. Repeat. Since you're cleaner than it after showering, your cleanness will transfer...

Febreeze n' shit. Or take it to some laundromat if they have huge-ass laundry machines. Getting it wet/scrubbing it/etc will only make it worse(maybe you can wash it by hand and leave it out in the sun to dry if it's hot over there).

Can't help you with the 'man stains' though.

    Edit:

Shower. Lie in it for a while. Repeat. Since you're cleaner than it after showering, your cleanness will transfer...
According to some law of physics I don't remember, filth moves from high concentration to low, so the procedure you described would work but with one small difference. The filth would be transferring to him, and he'd be washing it off, much like drying a mop or cloth.

What a load of bollocks, I can't believe I wasted 50 seconds to type that.

I knew I could make someone type something like that out. You have been thoroughly bested, my good man.

You might give me the 'wtf!? look' but rent an Ozone Machine. We use one at work (apartments) and I can tell ya, it will remove ANYTHING: urine, smoke, musty smells from dampness...

If the matress is still damp, go to the Laundromat and put it in one of those industrial dryers, and then back home run the Ozone in a small room with the matress (bathroom, closet, etc.) The Ozone Machine transfers the Oxygen into Ozone, which has exceptional odor reduction properties. After about 45 min or so, turn off the Ozone Machine, and then wait about 20 min for the Ozone to return to Oxygen. The smell will be gone

Urine? Go see a doctor. You can probably get something for your weak bladder.
