    Default Abandoned Places

Abandoned places rule, it's true. Not too long ago, me and a group of friends broke into an abandoned mental asylum in Denbigh, a town not too far from here. Google it if you want to know more about it.

The building itself is absolutely beautiful, and I got a zillion and one pictures... well, maybe not that many, but a pretty nice amount.

A few of them are by my friend, namely the 2 with me in, and the outside ones. I was too chicken to hang outside to take pictures, rumours of security there and stuff.

Anybody else done something like this? Have pictures to share?

Asylums, next to cathedrals, are the most awesomest buildings ever. Reputation points to you just for being in an abandoned one. Good show, sir.

It's an awesome building. We tried to break into the morgue, but it started to get dark, and there were vans driving really close the to the premesis, which is basically in the countryside, middle of nowhere, so we assumed it was security and got the hell outta there. We'll definitely check out more of it if we go back though, the morgue was one of the places I really wanted to visit, meant to be the coolest place there.

There's a abandonned water tower, kinda high to climb in winter though. Maybe this summer.

Edit->Oh yeah, they started destroying the Zellers not far from where I live.
    This asylum trip owns.

i done alot of climbing up things to get stoned,
cell phone towers, inner city buildings, peoples roofs and crap like that
and than being to stoned to climb down would just chill for hours playin gameboy or neo geo pocket

jumped a train from new orleans to atlanta
hobo style, the only thing missing was canned sardines
got caught outside georgia and caught a greyhound home

Why not just get stoned at home? Inside? Where it's warm?

Wouldn't that just be easier and more convenient?...

Sounds cool. Sadly, the only abandoned places where I live would be on the bad side of town and I'd fear for my personal safety if I went there. Lucky Europeans.
