    Default Game Music

Does anyone here like game music of any sort? I will admit I am partial to most game music. I really like music from the castlevania and Final Fantasy games, and also like the mega man music.

Yeah, I like a fair amount of Video game music. Mega man has many good tunes. Xenogears was also incredibly pleasing.

Xenogears had great music and so did The Legend of Dragoon and FF6.

Planescape: Torment has the best music. Now if someone would put the soundtrack back on the tracker...

I have yet to listen to Planetscape or Xenogears' music, perhaps I should make a point to do so in the future.

Planescape, not Planetscape. Apparently, Planetscape is an entirely different and quite shitty game.

Well there's definitive proof that I haven't listened to it

Also a few games that I think deserve an honourable mention are

    Faxanadu
    Actraiser
    Alundra
    Earthworm Jim 1 and 2
    All the metroid games

And a load of others I can't be bothered to mention

Any one ever hear of game over?

Oh yeah. I'd also like to mention that Seiken Densetsu 3 has some kicking rad songs. Very nice game.

    Also, Tetrisphere!

I thought that Vagrant Story and Illusion of Time was also good.

I'm partial to Kondo's work. Pretty much all of it...

There aren't many games that I actually enjoy the entire soundtrack to. I like a few tracks from a lot of games here and there, but I haven't found more than 2 or 3 soundtracks that are good enough to warrant me getting the whole thing. I've heard many, many good things about some games in particular, I've just never gotten around to downloading them to find out.
I'm more partial to movie soundtracks than game ones.

Very good. I gave up the guitar ages ago lol, If you like some game music by some bands I'd recommend minbosses or game over if you haven't heard of them. Game over does a class version of Top man's level from Mega man 3.

    No , it sucks.

anyways , I like game music too but not to listen over and over. when I hear an OST I listen to it once and then a few months later I can listen to it again , otherwise game music will get really boring.
    meh
