I'm not sure we have anti-piracy rules in effect, what with all the piracy running rampant on the board. I think you meant warez, in which case I don't believe this falls into that category. Wouldn't it be considered a videogame soundtrack? If so, I believe that there's nothing wrong with it.

It's not a game soundtrack, it's an album by a band that does game song covers. I always thought warez *and* copyrighted material, such as movies/music/TV shows/etc. were prohibited if they had nothing to do with console games...
