I was thinking of watching Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, is it any good?

Also, I'm about to begin black lagoon.

If black humour and a dash of absurdity is your thing, then definitely.

If you aren't a fan of comedies in general or morbid ones in particular, then no.

    Let's see..

Recently started with Persona Trinity Soul, True Tears and Gunslinger Girl II.

Persona Trinity Soul looks promising judging from the first episode. I'm yet to play the game so I've no idea how faithful it is to the game. It appears to be the typical action series of this season (think Darker Than Black/Night Head Genesis.) Probably will watch it provided it doesn't turn out to be just another shounen series.

I don't usually watch these kind of shows, but ever since Honey & Clover, Nodaime Cantabile and Kimikiss I've been mildly interested. True Tears is the candidate for this season. The first episode kind of reminded me of Air and that alone is a good enough compliment. Looks interesting and has a couple of interesting characters. Will probably keep watching it until the storyline sinks beyond the absurdity line.

Now, Gunslinger Girl II is a huge flop. The majesty of the first season and franchise will be severely hurt thanks to this abomination. Everything the first season built was ruined by a single episode. Gone is the atmosphere, excellent animation and drama. The studio behind this is the studio that did Mushishi, so I had some hopes.. but they screwed this up badly. I'll follow a couple more episodes with hopes things will get better, but I'm really skeptic.

Finished watching BECK and holy crap, I'll never forget about it, it wasn't just another anime for me, it motivated me greatly, it was just way too awesome.

I downloaded an episode of Shigofumi, from which I don't know anything but I saw it had lots of seeders and few leechers. That's how I first knew about Death Note actually.

Try to get it off of VeohTV BETA... the fansubs, the dubbed versions are warez files and I can't tell you to get them off of Veoh. It's all streaming video, and it's not broken-up.

It's kinda like all the other episodes but still has its hilarity and paraodies hidden in it. The new opening sounds great jsut no full version of pv version to download as mp3

    God. MotherFucking. Damn. It.

Gunslinger Girl is one of my favourite animes (and mangas for that matter). I had such high hopes for Season 2.

Checking out new shows here and there, as I have time and the mood for it, however so far nothing extraordinary on my radar. So right now it's only following the sequel to Zetsubo Sensei for me. Though it's starting to loose its appeal slowly (the beginning of episode 2 - what the hell o__O?!)

Just finished watching Elfen Lied. Liked it very much, somehow it reminded me of Chobits. And the main theme is so sad and beautiful...
