SoA is a damn good game. That said, I'm sure Sprung has it and would seed it if you ask nicely

The GCN version is practically the same. From what I understand the graphics were not changed, nor was the sound. The only thing they did was add in a handful of new items/quests and a mini-game, I think.

Really? I never heard about the music.
I'd like to play the GCN version some day, but the chances of finding a copy here in Aus are pretty slim.

Pretty sure that SN has SOA, and as for the DC emu, i believe that the emu section of EP has one that is pretty good.

    Thanks man, but I can't d/l that. It's too big =(
I have a small download allowance, and a fair bit of it has been used up on Drivers/patches/windows updates for my new PC. I'd have to wait a few weeks =/
    Thanks for that though.

If you have a download allowance, perhaps you shouldn't be spending it on DC ISOs, and instead you should rent a DC game and just burn the image to your computer.

That is what I would be doing, if it wasn't for the fact that finding a DC game (one that I haven't already got/actually want) is nigh on impossible here. At any rate, I haver the DC SoA downstairs, I'd just like to play the GCN version. I don't have GCN though, so even if I got that rom I'd have to take it 'round to a mates place.
*sigh* perhaps I should go out and buy one... once I have the money.

In case you are not aware, you cannot copy image directly from original DC discs. You will need something called a Broad Adaptor and a copy of Phantasy Star Online disc to extract the data from the disc onto your comp. A normal CDROM/DVDROMcan't read DC discs. However, a backup copy would be a different story. You can extract a image from a backup discs and burn it or do whatever.

You're thinking of a GCN with the BBA and PSO, Astro.
Hmmm... I know what it means, but that sentence still looks odd.

Yeah astro mixed it up with the streaming method of GC isos. Anyways he is right about DC games. You do need a Broadband adapter to extract the content of a GD rom/iso to your HD. You cant just copy em like psx discs. Theres more to it then what im saying hopefully u get the idea.
