Default How to remove multi-OS Booting?

I just formatted my harddrive and reinstalled XP, but I ran into some problems along the way, yet eventually overcame them. However, in the process, I installed 1 incomplete copy of XP, so whenever I startup the computer, there is a screen where it tells me to choose which operating system I'd like to choose - a complete XP and incomplete XP. I was wondering, is it possible to remove one of these items from the bootup list?

    PSX - Vagrant Story [NTSC&PAL]
PSX - Crash Bandicoot 3 Warped [NTSC]
    PSX - Azure Dreams [NTSC]
    PSX - Hydro Thunder [NTSC]

yes, go to your drive that boots up first, rather it be C:/ or /, go to folder options and say "view protected windows files" then you will see a boot.ini file, open that with notepad, and look at it, the one that points to your other drive (incomplete one), and delete that part of it, and you're on your mary way. I also did it the other way, where I put a boot option into it. If it doesn't work, let me know...
