i find that playing the neo geo version in mame, kawaks, fba, or nebula with a filter like 2xsai or hq2x looks just as good if not better than the psx version. why not give that a try and play the arcade original instead of some "14m3-455" port.
I don't know about 3 but SamSho 4 Looks awesome on neo geo with 2xsai. Neo-Geo Would have won the mid-90s console war if it weren't for the price. The price excluded it completely.
It's the same reason PSP will fail at the hands of DS.
