    Default New torrent question(s)

do i have to get a new torrent downloader, or can i use my old one just the same? I never used torrent that much, so I wouldn't know... and also, what is the best torrent for downloading? I have one, but I'm not sure what type it is, or anything, so if you could direct me to the right place, please do.

    thanks in advance

All you have to do is download a new client and if needed uninstall the old one.

There is a big list of clients in a thread in the bittorrent section.

Here is a link for you Here

Use Shadows AKA, Bittornado. It boosts your download speeds!

ABC is better if you got more then one torrent going at a time. Since I'm running on Linux for some reason I've only got Bittorando running.

ABC didn't work well for me at all. My d/l speed and internet would always come to a standstill after using it for a while. I use Torrentstorm.

No, it doesn't do anything that other clients don't do. You've just had luck with it. The only way to boost your download is to run some sort of leeching program, and I don't think those work anymore

Oh, and I recommend Bittornado as well, IMO it's the best. But if you want to run more than say 5 torrents at once on a regular basis I'd suggest Azureus.

It's actually gotten worse over the last year I still use a older build when I wanna use BitTornado.

But we don't need to revive year old threads to point that out, do we?
