Far Cry Always Configures My Video Options To Low

Hello everybody. I recently formatted my HDD and decided to reinstall Far Cry. In the video options it says my computer specs are high. But when I auto detect for the graphics etc. in the advanced options, it puts everything to low. I'm pretty sure my computer is good enough to play it. Here are my specs:

Windows XP Home
Pentium 4 2.8 Hyper Threading
1GB Ram
DVD-R/CD-RW and DVD-ROM
ATI Radeon 9200 128MB AGP
And I am running the resolution at 1280x1024 at 32bit color

The weak link is the graphics card - though should be good enough for higher detail than it has defaulted too. Just raise the various graphical effects manually until you get to a level you are happy with - performance vs graphical details.
