Like I said in my first post, watch they way you drink too. I consumed over 1000 calories a day from drinks and now consume no more than 100 a day. Just drink diet sodas, Crystal Light, water, and other dietary drinks and the weight just melts off. Combined with eating reasonably, you should have a much higher chance of losing weight. I got lots of compliments when I lost weight and life just seems better.

Be like me, run 4 miles a day and visit the gym every other day.

I call him putter putters. But that's not his name. his name is goober. But you will call him kitty.

    Deep breathing being healthy?

Have you ever seen fat people climb stairs? They suck in so much air that forest fires go out in Canada.

Lol, and it's good for them. Just because breathing heavily for fat people probably hurts and definately looks like it hurts doesn't mean it's bad for you. No pain no gain!

If I were a doctor giving advice to wait loss, I'd recommend DDR

My friend and I have a theory that the forest fires were actually all the BC people smoking pot at the same time. We also think that there was a massive incline in the purchase of junk food from 7-11, Macs and other such convenience stores by all of the people driving within a 200 kilometre radius of the forest fires.

OMANS, my advice to staying thin.

    1. Live off Junkfood and Coca-Cola, brush regularly if you don't wanna lose your teeth.
    2. Laze around on the PC all day, or go into town and laze around there. Alternatively laze around at a friend's house.
    3. Get thin.

    Works for me.

I have exactly the opposite problem. I'm 6'1" 120 pounds. I've got a high-as-hell metabloism that pretty much keeps me from gaining any weight at all, no matter how much Taco Bell/KFC/Burger King I consume. It kinda sucks.

Try eating a lot of protein rich food instead.
