anyone have any idea what happened to *the site where you download PSO*

after the few days i had d/l n installed it...i still can't play it... even i followed exactly what the txt said. clicked on the option file and a pso screen appeared (just like the dreamcast version i played) but when select any option of it the screen disappear... (well, fine.)
then i clicked on the online.offline patch again, a small window appear allow you to choose online or offline mode. i tried any of these 2 then something is about to appear in full screen but few seconds nothing appear and it return to normal... did i miss any step?

before you click on the offline.onlinepatch.exe file, make sure you click on the pso.reg file, and then after (if you have it) the pso_lobbyfix_9x.reg file. then you open the offline.onlinepatch file and play
