If you hold down the "ctrl" button and scroll your mouse wheel you can increase/decrease the font size.

If you have a mouse wheel, click anywhere within your browser hold down ctrl while moving the mouse wheel up and down to change the font size to your liking

Get a new broswer would be the best solution. www.mozilla.org Either the Mozilla or Firefox browsers are far better.
If not, you can do something, like view->text size or something. But I don't really use IE anymore, so I can't say for sure.
Trust me, the mozilla browser's are far better. You will be doing yourself a world of justice by switching. And it's incredibly easy to do so.
All I can say is that my life is pretty plain
