anyone know the name of this game

the game is like a streets of rage, you fight bad guys, except the bad guys are zombies or some sort of monsters. when you first play, a van zooms from the left of the screen to the right. the first boss or mini boss is frankenstein. it was an arcade game but i can't remember the name. each character has special desperation move, one of the character has a move where the whole screen is on fire, and i don't remember the rest. any help would be appreciated! thanks.

I know I'm wrong. But a game with a van going from left to right is Contra: Hard Corps. It really sounds close to your description (but a little off) Except for that frankestein part. None of that.
