i actually gave you a 5-star rating Skinner believe it or not. At least, i think i did. I only give out 1star and 5star ratings, but i dont really give out many of either.

It is pretty rare nowadays to find myself voting for somebody else, but when I do I only give 5's. When the forums busted I lost a good amount of votes and now I have 15. But I'm grateful for those 15 because those tell me that I have been either helpful or cool. And I voted for myself.

I vote for someone if they are cool or have my respect. Then they get a 5.

If I don't like them or they are annoying, they get anywhere from a 1-3.

I voted for Xaenn ages ago, or if I didn't, I will now.
I only give 5's, unless a special case comes along. I give votes to people that make me laugh, or who earn my respect somehow. Rarely do I give votes to kind and helpful members, because they're in high supply.
